Volunteering



Volunteers administer the association and supervise activities, which they have often initiated: IT, knitting, events, youth projects, game library, outings, parents' café, etc.

The associated work between volunteers and employees is dynamic. The salaried team is very present with the volunteers on a daily basis to provide methodological and logistical support and to enable the circulation of information. Volunteers also work alongside us to provide their skills: public writer, budget advice, help during our events and activities, creative activities, etc.

Being a volunteer means getting involved by giving your time and your skills to everyone.

The volunteers' journey is designed individually because each initiative, whether collective or individual, requires specific support. Some residents are very independent and need premises and some equipment, others ask for methodological help, communication help, training... It is by taking the time to exchange and of construction that the actions come to fruition at CoLi'Brie.

Highlights are offered to volunteers: snacks, parties, etc.

Volunteering is complementary to project support. These two actions give life to our reception areas which are punctuated by workshops, shows, interventions, initiations carried out by residents or by employees with regard to the genesis of the project.
