In force on June 17, 2022 The purpose of these general conditions of use (known as “CGU”) is to provide a legal framework for the terms of provision of the site and services by nangislude.fr and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the “User”. These T&Cs are accessible on the site under the “CGU” section. The T&Cs must be accepted by any User wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the User. Access to the site by the User signifies his acceptance of these T&Cs. He now undertakes to respect these conditions. In the event of non-acceptance of the T&Cs stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (computer hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are their responsibility. Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in the event of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of nangislude.fr. In these cases, the User therefore agrees not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.
