CoLi'Brie is mainly open from Tuesday to Saturday (exception for some events and for "administrative" employees).

Banettes

A named banner is located in the team room in Fontenailles. There you will find documents sent by your colleagues to your destination.

Received mail will also be in this bin.

Material

On your arrival, equipment can be given to you (computer, telephone, etc.) in relation to your missions. It must be returned in perfect condition at the end of your contract. It is imperative to take care of the equipment and report any errors, anomalies, breakdowns, loss, breakage, etc. to management.

Phone

A mobile phone can be made available to you, it must only be used in a professional context.

Keys and alarms

A set of keys will be provided to you by the management assistant.

The alarm codes in (Fontenailles and Nangis) will be communicated to you when you hand over the keys. It is strictly forbidden to lend your keys or divulge alarm codes.

If the alarm sounds, the service provider contacts management and a security agent and/or law enforcement intervenes in relation to the situation. It is therefore advisable to immediately notify the director if the alarm is triggered by mistake.

When an alarm is triggered, photographs of the intrusion location are automatically taken by our surveillance system.

Administrative supplies

List your needs with the executive assistant. Orders are placed at certain times of the year, so you must anticipate your needs.

Computers

When a computer is given to you, it is installed with an office pack:

- It is prohibited to modify the parameters.

- Give all professional access codes to the executive assistant if you change them.

- Make sure to update

- Email: Contact management for the creation of a professional email

- The association has multiple applications (canva, archifacile, geocaching, etc.), do not hesitate to ask for access codes if necessary.



The material made available must only be used for professional purposes.

Purchases

Each employee can make purchases while carrying out their duties. Any purchase must first be validated by the director.

To make a purchase:

    Check the availability of the CB enter your name, the length of time the card was borrowed and the reason for use on the calendar provided for this purpose (in the safe) Go and make your purchases You must request an invoice in the name of CoLi'BrieReturn the card in the safe and write the amount spent on the diary Immediately give the invoice to the management assistant, it must be stapled to a sheet and you must stipulate in the header the date, the division concerned, the reason for purchase and the price

Vehicles

You may be required to use the association's vehicles; it is of course essential to respect the usual rules of conduct.

Logbooks must be completed during each trip.

Any problem encountered: breakdown, accident, violation must be immediately reported to management.

The “drive”

Historically, we used Google Drive to store shared association documents.

A Gmail account linked to your email address

is to be created to use this Google Drive.

The association is currently migrating to the Microsoft suite and now uses OneDrive.

An email address is systematically created during your recruitment.

Local

The premises and equipment are shared, each room has one or more specific uses, in particular the mut, the activities reserve, the wooden games/maintenance products reserve and the workshop.

Specific arrangements

If you need specific accommodation (seating, tools, devices, etc.) you can speak to the director or staff representative so that we can best adapt your working conditions.

Cohesion day


Each year the CSE organizes a team cohesion day, it is a special moment which offers us the opportunity to get to know each other better and to share a day outside of our usual professional challenges.

Professionnal career


A professional career booklet allows you to monitor your career in the association.

In order to manage everyone's careers, CoLi'Brie relies on the following human resources tools:

    the Skills Development Plan; the Professional Interview every 2 years the Periodic Maintenance to monitor the strengthening of professional mastery every 4 years.

Year-end bonus

    Bonus granted on the salary for the month of November½ month of gross salary Awarded to all employees falling within the scope of application Subject to actual presence in the association on December 31 of the financial year concerned.

Target bonus

    Bonus granted on the salary for the month of June¼ month of gross salary Awarded based on the achievement of the N-1 objectives defined during annual individual interviews.

Attendance bonus

    Bonus granted on the salary for the month of June¼ month of gross salary Awarded based on attendance N-1

Budget CSE

    The CSE has its own budget corresponding to 3% of the association's forecast gross salary.
